Legal Question in Family Law in California

My father recently passed away. Myself and my older brother are the only siblings left. My brother has taken total control over all of my parents assets and is allowing me no information whatsoever on my parents wishes. My mother passed away in 2005 and since then my brother has falsely obtained a power of attorney and has also taken out a quick deed of the home my parents lived in for years. I don't know what steps to take to try and resolve these issues and get information on my parents last wishes, especially my father who just recently passed on March 17th of thisyear. I need help!

You need to talk to a probate attorney familiar with real property law. You should have posted in the probate category. An attorney is going to want to review the power of attorney, and determine when and how the "quit claim" deed was recorded.
