Legal Question in Family Law in California

If you file a contempt motion, and also a Osc for support and curtain issues which case supersedes. Judge for this family law case won't hear osc for support as long as I have contempt retirement arrearages,but I need child support increased and alimony as Im haven't a financial crisis he's trying to sell property, and leave state,I need writ to put lien on his property to get arreages but I need monthly support,Im doing it pro per as I can afford attorney, any information would be helpful.Its a military retirement owes 150 k
