Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to file a motion regarding visitation. My motion would simply ask the court to clarify/enforce something in the divorce decree that my ex is not following. My ex may ask for increased child support. Can she do that as part of my visitation motion? Or will she need to file her own motion in order to change child support? This is in California.

He/She would have to file their own motion. He/She cannot respond beyond what you have requested in your moving papers, i.e. if the motion is regarding visitation, he/she can't bring up support as a new issue.
