I filed for divorce last year and child support and spousal support nothing accomplished yet I go to court in September can I drop the spousal support before then ?

If you requested spousal support, you can file an amended petition to drop support before going to court. You can also tell the court when you have the hearing, assuming the hearing involves more than spousal support, that you will drop your request for spousal support. Make sure you know what you are doing. If the marriage was for 10 years or more prior to separation, you might be entitled to long term support. That could be a lot to give up should your circumstances change.
