A friend of mine who lives next door to me, wants me to sign a proof of service by mail, for his divorce proceedings. Do you have to be a process server to sign and mail this form of can anyone sign and mail this proof of service by mail form?

Anyone over 18 years of age can sign a proof of service. You must be the one to mail the envelope.
