What is the Galven Warning? And will this serve a purpose in child support battles?

I think you are referring to a Gavron Warning. It basically sets up a time frame and the judge warns the spouse that the court is not going to keep them on spousal support forever, so they need to hurry up and become self-supporting.

I agree with Ms. Beers. It is a Gavron warning. It is a warning for the recipient of spousal support to get a job, because the spousal support will end.
