Legal Question in Family Law in California

Giving up parental rights? Ect...

What is giving up parental right? If we agree I give them up and she agrees in writing NEVER to file for any support. Can she go back on our agreement as file for support in a few years. How do we go about giving her full rights and take me out of the picture 100%. (No visitaion, no payments, almost like I was dead) Can this happen. She wants me to have nothing to do with them and I never see them. But I dont want to sign away all my rights and then have her get me for child support after that was part of the agreement that she wouldn't. She is employed and makes bout $1000.00 - $1500.00 more a month than I do. But she said she would like for me to have nothing to do with them and in return she would NEVER ask for ANY kind of support. I don't trust her though. How can we make this legal so I am protected forever?

She cannot bargain away the right of your child or children to receive support from you. Don't count on getting out of paying child support by giving up your parental rights. Further such conduct will greatly prejudice your ability to have visitation with your child or children.
