Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am a grandparent with one day a week of court approved visitation of my grandson by stipulation agreement of both parents since he was a month old. The order reads mom gets 3days the, I get one, dad gets three. Mom has since moved to another city and wants more visitation but doesn't even see my grandson on the days. Goes three weeks before seeing him again. Can I loose my visitation with him?

If you have a well-established visitation with this child then you have stronger standing to resist any effort to take the time away. However, the assistance of a very experienced family law attorney would be of great benefit to you. Please meet with an attorney to explore your legal options.
