Guardianship investigation

My parents have petitioned for guardianship of my son, i signed a temporary order for medical ins. purposes, and school enrollment while I am enrolled in a 90 day rehab program. How should I approach or respond to this situation? What are my rights and how should I respond to the court investigator to ensure that my parental rights aren't taken permanently?

you need to get a family law lawyer as soon as possible. your rights as a parent are at real risk.
