harrasement
Is mailing a person a copy of a prior restraining order on them that i got from public record considered harrasment. and also can a restraining order that was granted for this reason be appealed or would i file what i have heard to be called a motion of reconsideration. can you explain what resended means in relation to this i was told i could do that also thank you
