need help.....moving to north carolina with 4 year old daughter, and wife stayin

need help.....moving to north carolina with 4 year old daughter, and wife staying in california for a while. My wife does not want to move to NC; and I will be taking my daughter.

My wife and I are trying a trial seperation....she does not want a divorce. I need to know how to word a form for my wife to sign so that I can take my daughter out of state to NC. My wife does not want to give up custody exct. I just want to be sure that i will not get arressted for kid napping when i get to NC. to live with my parents, and they want to to have something signed from her before they will buy us tickets to go to NC.....please help :)

A letter signed by both parents stating that you can take the child with you and remain there either for an unstated length of time or a set length of time. Also be sure that she is aware of the current address for the child. It would also be prudent to have the child call her on a regular basis, one or two times a week.
