Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex is hiding my children. All I have is a minute order document from the court. If this document is signed and dated by the judge, is it enforceable? Thank you.

Ofcourse it is. It sounds like you need some help enforcing it and/or seeking recovery of costs for private investigator and attorney fees possibly. I can prepare your legal documents for a low fee (approx. $500 - 750) and if necessary appear in court for you as well (typically $350).

It sounds as if it is. I do not know what the order says. If it allows you to have the kids and you need assistance you can feel free to call my office at 818 345 0123. We do not charge for a consultation

This gratuitous response does not create an attorney client relationship. The advice provided herein is generic, may not apply to your circumstances and is not to be relied upon in your actions. An attorney client relationship is created only upon execution of an engagement letter or retainer agreement hiring me or my firm..
