One house was awarded to me at divorce. One house was awarded to my ex-wife. Will my house be reassessed for property taxes? In California?

No. A transfer between spouses is not a taxable event.

Not if you document the transfer properly as an inter-spousal transfer coincident to a divorce judgment.
