Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband and I are getting a divorce and we own a house together. He approached me and said that he needed to take out a loan against the house to pay off some of our bills but because my credit wasn't very good the only way he could get the loan was if I wasn't on the deed. So, we quick claimed me off the deed so he could get the loan. Now he is saying I did it giving up all claim to the house. Can he do that so that I won't be able to get my half of the house in the divorce???

Get yourself an attorney. It appears that he deceived you by using false pretenses.
