My husband filed for divorce but the reason he used was that I had a secret second life"

(since before I used my friends ssn to work )

And he took the ssn card and the fake id

As proof..

My question is when I present to court am

I going to get detained and charged with identity

Theft?

He put that my fraud could affect his career so

Thats why he wants divorce

To answer your question more details are needed (i.e. did you friend willing let you use her social security number? ) - and since your question involves whether or not you will be charged with a crime; your question should be directed towards a criminal law attorney.

Your husband is not required to supply a reason for filing for divorce. he can simply choose the box for "irreconcilable differences" on the divorce petition.
