my husband truste/ and son wants us to sign a pre-nup we are married now, 6 months his assets are close to a million the age difewrence is 40 years my senior and we live in california.

what is fair for me?

what are my rights/

It is not a prenup if you are already married. You need to talk to an attorney one on one.

It is not a prenup if you are married. It would actually be a post-nuptial agreement. You have the right to speak to an independent attorney (not your husband's attorney) of your choosing.
