Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is it not illegal for a convicted felon and disbarred lawyer of years ago, to do pro bono work for my ex-wife and to prepare for her and have her file pro-per a TOTALLY NEW bogus case and get a totally NEW case number in the same County California Superior Family Law Court where we have an existing, ongoing case, and still standing Judgment, while waiting on her to comply with court orders to get 5-yrs of mental treatment for her admitted Anger Management issues which gave me custody of our children and also states; in no event can she take me back into court until she fully complies with our standing Judgment and court orders?
