Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have joint custody with my ex wife for my 9 year old daugther, we settle outside the courts on the child support,living accomodations and visitations...now my work schedule and sometimes I cannot see my daughter and my ex-wife says I am being irresponsible, I have not default on my child support and I see my daughther everyday I am off from work

I ask to my ex-wife for copies of the birth certificate,social security,passport and he denied me

What can I do?

You can subpoena it or take her back to court over it.
