My kids were taken by cps, because of a domestic dispute with my boyfriend now their saying he has to be out of the home for the kids to. be able to come back I want him to stay what can I do?

You can make better choices. The first choice you need to make is between your kids and some guy who brings enough conflict into your life that cps thinks it's a threat to your kids. Is it really that hard of a choice?
