What kind of Lawyer will I need to sue someone for Child Abuse?

Your question is very general. Child abuse is a criminal offense and is prosecuted by the District Attorney or City Attorney in some jurisdictions. If you are filing a civil suit it would probably depend on the facts. A civil rights attorney might be involved or a tort attorney if the allegations involve assault and battery.
