You should Immediately retain the services of an experienced family law attorney to file a motion to modify the support. Currently, the courts are under a COVID-19 public access lockdown. There is a system in each jurisdiction on submitting emergency pleadings as well as non-emergency pleadings. Local rules have changed dramatically in light of this pandemic. I would urge you to have counsel rather than trying to figure this out on your own.
