Legal Question in Family Law in California

are there any laws against a mother trying to keep her child from the father who is in good standing with the court(pays child support, no abuse, good supportive father)-as in she creates contentious situations, is bitter and will do anything to keep the father away from spending time with his child?

You should proceed to court to establish custody and visitation with the child to avoid depravation of contact. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to discuss your options.
