If the wife has not lived in NE for more than six months, and you lived together here in CA before that, CA has jurisdiction and we could get the NE case dismissed. Also, where the children are and how long they have lived there is very important. If they have all been in NE for a while, though, Roach is correct that you need to find a NE lawyer.
