Legal Question in Family Law in California

Are there any legal consequences for admitting to marriage fraud in order to get a marriage annuled? (i.e. a criminal record or exposure to law suits) This is not related to immigration as both parties are US citizens.

You'd have to explain the scheme better because as of now, "marriage fraud in order to get a marriage annuled" does not make sense. What was done fraudulently, the marriage or the annulment? Or the pretending of doing either?
