legal responsibility to siblings

Is it possible to divorce an adult sibling so that you no longer have any legal

connection or responsibility to them or their family ? How would this be done?

You should get a temporary restraining order. This would require that you prove to the court that you had asked the sibling not to bother you and that the sibling had continued to contact you. Also, if you have any reason to fear this sibling that should go in the court record. As far as your legal responsibility to your sibling is concerned, you have none.
