No, unless the is more to your situation that you have not metioned. First, they are adults. Second, they are you step-children.

No, not unless they are still in high school full time, unmarried and have not reached their 19th birthday.

Another wrong answer from Roach. You are never legally obligated to support step-children unless you have so completely treated them as your own children for so long, including voluntary finanical support, that it would be emotionally and financially totally unfair to them to let you stop. And even then it would not apply if they are adults.

Another wrong answer from hip shooter, Mr. McCormick. All you have to do is receive them into your home and hold them out to the public and you are governed by the doctrine of parentage by estoppel. You don't have to finanically support them for "so long."
