Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in California and I wonder how my assets will be divided in a divorce. My assets might be around $400k (including home equity) and hers around $75k. Is she automatically entitled to have the difference even if she has invested all her income during our divorce, while I have been the one paying all the bills?

Her money is hers, while my money is ours and pays for everything.

There is no way to tell how they will be divided without going over a lot of details, particularly when assets were acquired and paid for. Unless, however, there was a formal agreement that meets strict legal requirements that would make your respective earnings and assets acquired during the marriage your separate property, everything earned and saved during the marriage will be community property.
