Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in California and my spouse lives in Arizona. We were married in AZ, but I want to file divorce in California (where I reside). Also, we have no joint property and agree to settle as such. I would like to know what forms to file for uncontested divorce with no property, and no children. We both agree on this divorce and have lived apart for 5 years.

If you have lived in California for at least 6 months, and at least 3 months in the particular county that you live in, then you can file in California. Even on "simple" divorces, if there is such a thing, there is a lot of paperwork to be worked on to make sure that everything is done right, including declarations of disclosure. It is recommended that you still seek legal counsel to make sure that all the bases are covered.
