Marriage after divorce

I received a court notice saying they have received the petition for my divorce. How long will it take to complete my process from here? Also, after this divorce is done, when can I get married? Do I need to wait for six months? Actually, my soon to be ex-husband and I have been separated for more than two years (not legally separated, though).
