marriage financial rights
Is there such thing as being married and having a right to husbands income. My husband works overseas and gives me what he can/wants of his income. It is not much compared to what he makes. I dont have access to anything that has to do with his income. What rights do I have? Oh yes, I am raising our child and not working at this time.

You could bring an action for legal separation and obtain a spousal and child support order. You should talk to an attorney. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
