Legal Question in Family Law in California

I got married in 2009, have had two kids, bought a home in 2011 but soley in my name, she signed a form stating she has no intrest on the property and im buying it in my own,She has not work (her choice, main reason we are divorcing). We both agree and I will keep my property and my kids, she will keep the vechicles, and we have no dept. What we are trying to do is no one has to pay nothing to no one, like child support, allamony, etc and ill stay with the kids and home would that be possible under los angeles, ca codes?
