I was married in Las Vegas May 22 2009. January 2009 my wife told me her previous divorce was never finalized. Also, my previous divorce was not finalized until July 2009. Am I legally married?
Do I need to get an annulment?

You are not legally married. What is worse, is that you knew that both you and your wife's marriages were not finalized before you got married this time, which is downright ridiculous.
