Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was married in 2004 but I thought since the guy i married was married before it was not valid. I looked into it further and found out the previous marriage was annulled. The guy I married filed for divorce in 2007 but spelled his last name wrong. I was wondering if this would be considered a valid divorce? I was never served the papers but there is a record of the Dissolution of Marriage filed with the county.

Your post is confusing. If the prior marriage was annulled, before you got married, the prior marriage is irrelevant, and you were validly married. If your husband filed for divorce, but mispelled his name, that does not render your divorce invalid. If you were never served the papers, you need to see an attorney, as the time is running and may have run for you to set aside any default judgment entered against you.
