Legal Question in Family Law in California

medication

My ex husband got my son evaluated and i didn't have any input on, I have been with my son for 12years. They question my ex and his wife, not me or his previous pyschiatrics. the current pyschiatrics put him in medication for bipolar which he is not, he has ADHD. Ony reason they think he is bipol is because my exhusband took my son to the doctor and increase his dose.I didn't not give my consent to this new medication. Can i stop my ex from give him the medication? I want my son medical record so his previous pyschiatric can look at them, but i have to pay his current pyschiatrics for his records. What can i do?

Re: medication

Absolutely...he should not have taken your son to a doctor w/o your permission. You need to file an Order to Show Cause.
