in the middle of my divorce my soon to be x sold a car that was worth $18,000 there was a court order that we could not sale anything he sold the car for only $2,000 a week before we have to go to trial we think he had a friend pay him 2,000 for the car will the judge make him pay me half of it was worth before he sold it which was half of 18,000 and will that show the judge that he not honest with the rest of the assets Thank you

If the car was community property you are likely to be awarded half the car's value at trial. What other effect this has would depend on the circumstances. If you can show that he in fact sold it to a friend for less than market value, the court may also award you sanctions for breach of fiduciary duty and violation of the automatic temporary restraining orders.
