Legal Question in Family Law in California

If my mother dis-inherited me in her will, do I have any action I can take against this? I cared for her and her 4000 sq. ft. house for more than 20 years and we got along great!. no fights ever! She was 86 and was having mental decline. Her grand daughter had been coming to visit her regularly, she loved and trusted her. I feel that the grand daughter somehow convinced her to dis-inherit me and leave everything to my brother. That's what happened. Do I have any action I can take with this. Please Help!

You need to hire a local lawyer. If your grandmother lacked sufficient mental capacity to make the change it is not valid. If the granddaughter exerted undue influence (more than just persuasion) the change may not be valid. If the change is valid, you can sue for compensation for the care giving.
