Legal Question in Family Law in California

If both mother and father have 50/50 joint legal and joint physical custody. Can a grandparent file court papers and win for visitation for 2 weeks in the summer. What if one parent agrees and the other parent does not agree? Would it be easier to add to the custody court order that both parents get 2 weeks in the summer vacation, that way if a parent wants to give their time to a grandparent they can?

I just answered a different version of your question. Grandparents have no right even to ask for anything in court about the kid(s)' custody. What you suggest might be "easier" is actually the only way to do it.
