Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a moved away approved to live in Chicago with my children. Now due to military, we have to move back in San Diego after only 3 months. But instead of San Diego county, husband and I decided to move in temecula area, it's like an hour from San Diego county. Now my ex is taking me to court again coz he said I'm violating the order of moving outside San Diego county (he lives in San Diego) and does not want to drive to see or get the kids. But I'm still moving without going to court first in San Diego since I'm in Chicago right now, and planning to go to court when I get to San Diego to let them know. Am I on violation like my ex said? Please let me know. Thanks!

The answer is probably not, however, I could not give a definitive answer without reviewing the court orders. If you can fax to me the original order and "approval" whether it is by father or by the court I can give you a better answer. My fax number is 619-589-8577.
