What you can do depends on a whole lot of details. You can make a claim in the probate for services rendered with the expectation of compensation. If you have admissible evidence that there was coercion or genuine proof that your mother was mentally incapacitated at the time she changed her will, you can contest the will in the probate court. Short answer, though, is anything you might be able to do will require hiring an attorney and delay is your enemy.
