Legal Question in Family Law in California

non payments

can a person notify the DMV on a dead beat dad to pull their driving license for non payment or back payment of child support? or what steps should be taken, I live in California he's in New York. I don't know if he is working he mite be receiving S.S. and by chance I am able to get back pay if he died would I still get the payment from S.S. Thank you for your response.

Only your local Child Support Services Department can revoke the driver's license. You can open a case with them and still seek the services of a private attorney for enforcement purposes.
