Ex Using Online Detective to harass me

I am in the middle of a custody battle. My ex-husband is using on-line investigative web-sites to gather up info on me to try & scare me into falling for his ludicrous demands.

All the while I am fully aware of his ongoing tax fraud. My question is, isn't this a violation of my privacy & isn't that harassment? The info he's receiving isn't even accurate. Is there anything I can do? Thank you for your reply.

There is probably nothing you can do to stop him. However, if he attempts to use false information it can result in his losing crediability with the court. This can seriously injure his case and give you an advantage.
