Legal Question in Family Law in California

Palamony

I was with my ex-boyfriend for 7 years, we had a child together which we lost parental rights to C.P.S. I charged him with domestic volence after breaking my nose, and left him for good the next day. my Question is am I able to get Palamony after losing everything. even my daughter. He is getting an inheirtence of a nice amount, am I able to to receive a portion of that to start over?

YOu will receive child support, but because there was no marriage you will not receive alimony. Palimony would require you to prove an agreement between you and the ex-boyfriend that he would support you.
