Legal Question in Family Law in California

can a parent receive child support, public aid and still be living with their ex-spouse? If not, what are the legal famifications?

You can't receive child support if both parties are still living together since that defeats the purpose. The same argument would applyf or spousal support. If you suspect that he is defrauding the government by receiving public aid I would report that individual to the authorities. It is a crime to defraud the public aid agency.
