getting my parents to butt out

i am married with 2 boys and when i had my first i was living at home and my parents became attached to my oldest more than any other of their grandchildren. now they have him pretty much living with them and they refuse my requests and demands that i want my son home. they act like they are his parents and i cant compete with their money. it started with them picking him up from school and then spending the night but now they make all decisions and i am being made to look like the bad guy for wanting my family to be together what are my options to get them to givr me my son

Unfortunately, the information you provided is inadequate to give you an informed opinion. There are many questions which need to be answered not the least of which is : are there any court orders in effect - ie, guardianship; and what are the children's ages and where is the mother.

You did not state your son's age. However, my recommendation is that you see an attorney to review the facts involved and make a decision on the course of action you wish to take. Many attorneys do not charge for initial consultation.
