Pet Custody
I dated my ex-boyfriend for 9 years and 4 years ago he purchased a dog for us from a private dealer. We lived together with the dog but I financially supported her including vet visits, immunizations, food, shelter, etc. The dog is registered in the city under my name. We recently broke up, he moved out and I kept the dog. He now wants visitation rights to her and I don't feel this is appropriate so he has threatened legal action. Does he have any chance for receiving custody/visitation rights to the dog?

Sounds like it's your dog. He dosn't have any visitation rights.
