Photo's legal?

I have found nude pictures of me my husband took without my knowledge. What recourse do I have? We are divorcing.

This is the second time. I'm fearful he may have posted them on line.

I am not familar with any case or law regarding this issue. However, under the current state of the law it would seem that pictures that invade you privacy would not be allowed without consent. Pictures of you in the nude would not be the sort of candid photos that are socially acceptable. You should file a OSC to require that he turn over all of the pictures and negatives etc to you. Further that he be restrained from distributing the pictures in any manner.
