Pregnant and want to leave state

I have been married for 4 months to my husband and I am pregnant. My baby is due any day. He has filed for divorce and I want to leave the state...can he keep me from leaving the state with my unborn baby?

He cannot stop you from leaving the State at any time. After the child is born he can stop you from taking the child from the State. There are other complex issues and you should talk to an attorney before you leave. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
