Without Prejudice

I'm preparing stipulation. petitioner wants to add ''Without prejudice'' to following paragraph. please advise.

paragraph currently reads; ''There shall be no current order for Child Support as both parties are currently unemployed.''

Without prejudice means that the order shall not have any bearing in the future for any modification. They can come back and it won't be determinative.

It's not necessary. Child support is always without prejudice. All it means is that either party can change the order if something changes.
