Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am currently having a problem with my fianc's ex. She is constantly harassing not only him but me as well. She has made it clear that she isn't going anywhere anytime soon and that she is a "baby momma from hell...hahahahaha." She not only bothers us with questions about our personal relationship but they recently began the process for her to start receiving child support and she is harassing him over the paper work that is supposed to be sent to him that he has yet to receive. What steps can I take to minimize her unnecessary outbursts, comments and phone calls?
