protective order

If I have full custody of my 2 boys and i move out of state can my ex husband bring charges against me have me returned back to this state.

Yes, he can always file an OSC to have the kids brought back. It's usually a good idea to get the permission of the other parent in a case where the custodial is contemplating moving away.
